VENDOR TERMS & CONDITIONS (FREEWHEELING CRAFT 2020)

Terms & Conditions OF PARTICIPATING AS A VENDOR.

  • I agree that my application is truthful in respect to my brand name, product/services offered and that my brand is owned by me.

  • I agree that by submitting this application, I confirm that the goods are made and/or designed by me and that I am NOT selling any mass-produced goods ordered for resale. 

  • I understand that as a Freewheeling Craft vendor, my products/services, table, booth, marketing materials and likeness may be photographed. I agree to being photographed. In addition, I agree to allow these photos to be used for promotional purposes for future markets and including on (but not limited to) the Freewheeling Craft website, social media, newsletter, print materials etc.

  • I understand that I am not allowed to share or sublet my table without the permission from the Freewheeling Craft team.

  • I understand that I am responsible for obtaining all permits, licenses, facilities, insurance, and approvals reasonably required to sell your products or food sampling at the marketplace. You are also required to ensure you are selling in compliance with all tax regulations pertaining to your business.

  • I understand that I am legally liable for any negative consequences resulting from the purchase, use or consumption of my products.

  • I agree to comply with the space given to me as 8x6 (unless otherwise stated) and I will not take more than the allotted space. And that you will not impede on your neighbouring vendors.

  • I understand that if I am a 'no show' (accepted to the market, pay the vendor fee and then I do not show up to the market without notifying the organizers), that it may affect whether or not I am accepted to future markets.

  • I understand and agree that the Freewheeling Craft team and any of their partners are not legally liable for any merchandise, behaviour or equipment and therefore cannot be held responsible for any negative consequence as a result of a vendor's participation in the show.

  • Freewheeling Craft reserves the right to restrict any vendor's participation at any time should their behaviour, branding, products, marketing change from the date of the application and they no longer align with our values, or bring potential negative consequences to the market as a whole.

  • I understand that once I pay, vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • I understand that the market may be cancelled due to inclement weather, political demonstrations and other unforeseen circumstances, and that vendor fees will not be refunded for this reason. It is up to the organizers and partners of Freewheeling Craft to make these decisions to ensure that the safety of the vendors, attendees and partners is the most important factor.

  • I understand that vendor fees are due upon acceptance & are non-refundable and non-transferable. Full payment must be paid via e-transfer, credit card via the Freewheeling Craft website within 10 days of being accepted to the market. If payment is not received within the timeline you may be removed from the list and your vendor spot may be given to another vendor. Should you need extra time, it is your responsibility to contact Freewheeling Craft to make alternate arrangements.

  • I understand that vendor setup must be completed by 15 minutes prior to the market start time. I also agree that should vendor set-up times be allotted that I will respect my time to ensure the steady flow of vendors. If I am not on time, I may not be allowed to set-up.

  • In the unlikely circumstance that the event is cancelled, we will not provide any compensation for loss of income.

  • I pledge to help promote Freewheeling Craft market within my social network, e-blasts and word of mouth (with the marketing materials provided).

  • I understand that I (or my staff) must be present in the booth the entire duration of the market times. This includes agreeing to not tear down your booth until the end of event. Should you tear down prior to the end time, you will never be welcomed back as a vendor at a Freewheeling Craft market.

  • By submitting my application I agree that I have read the above terms and conditions of vendor participation, and that I will comply with all terms.
