St.John's Wort

St John’s Wort treats mild depression, stress, and insomnia. This is similar to the benefits of antidepressants. When consumed as tea, St John’s Wort works by allowing more serotonin to linger in the brain. Low serotonin levels are linked to depression. 


 Medical issues such as chest and abdominal pains, digestive issues, and menstrual bleeding can be relieved with calendula tea. Petals are useful in reducing inflammation in various parts of the body while easing coughs.


Cornflower tea eases eye irritation while treating conjunctivitis, skin irritation, digestive issues, and stimulation of liver and kidney functions.
